# About flat-roof-repair.ca

We work on one kind of roof: flat and low-slope roofs on houses, condos, plazas, offices and warehouses across Ontario.

## What we do

Leak repair, repairs, replacement and new installation of flat roofs, plus inspections, maintenance visits, roof coatings, drains and scuppers, flashings and seams, skylights and roof openings, rooftop deck waterproofing and tapered insulation.

We work with EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen and built-up roofs. See [services](https://flat-roof-repair.ca/services/) and [materials](https://flat-roof-repair.ca/materials/).

## How we work

We look for the cause of a problem before quoting a fix. Quotes are written and say what is repaired, what is replaced and why. Photos before and after the work go to you by email.

If a repair will not hold, we say so and explain the options. If a roof only needs maintenance, we say that too.
