Flat roof services

From a single leak to a full tear-off, every service starts with finding out why the roof is failing. Pick the job you need, or send a request and we will help you sort out which one it is.

Not sure which service you need?

Most people arrive with a symptom, not a service name: a stain on the ceiling, a puddle that stays for days, a spongy spot underfoot. The symptom narrows it down. A stain after a heavy rain often points to flashing or a clogged drain. A puddle that is still there three days later is ponding water, which is a slope problem.

If you cannot tell, ask for an inspection. The photo report tells you whether you need a repair, a coating or a new roof, so you do not pay for the wrong one. The guide repair or replace a flat roof walks through the same decision.

How the work is usually sequenced

Stop the water

Temporary protection if the interior is at risk. See emergency flat roof repair.

Find the cause

Water often travels along the deck before it shows up inside. The leak-finding guide explains why.

Fix the cause

A repair, a coating or a replacement, depending on how much of the roof is still sound.

Keep it dry

Seasonal checks on drains and seams, described under maintenance.

Where we work
